The whole balloon is yours — no one else on board. Ride the wind to 1,000 metres, then spend the night before in the Twin Room and wake for the dawn launch. We are glad to help with proposals and anniversaries.

If weather grounds the flight, you can rebook the flight and the stay as often as you need, for one year from the booking date.

Private Flight Experience
The whole balloon is yours, with no other guests on board. You drift over the Watarase wetlands for 30 to 45 minutes, climbing as high as 1,000 metres, with a drink and a light snack in the air. You join the crew from inflation to pack-down, and a champagne ceremony follows the landing. We are glad to help with proposals and anniversaries.

Notification of decision
Criteria for cancellation
Decision on the day
The decision will be made around 12-13:00 the day before the experience, and you will be notified by email (winbal.club@gmail.com).
If you need to make a decision quickly, please let us know in advance.
The event will be canceled for safety reasons in case of rain, snow, fog, or wind speeds of 3 m/s or higher.
Even if the decision to proceed is made the day before, in the event of a sudden change in weather or a significant difference from the forecast, we may decide to cancel the event on-site, prioritizing safety above all else.

Cancelled after you stay
No refund (100% cancellation fee).
The same applies once a year has passed since your first scheduled date.
No refund, but you may rebook as often as you need within the year.
If weather cancels four or more times within a year of booking, we refund the flight and the stay in full.
Email us — the following may qualify.

An emergency weather warning for the area on the night of your stay

Rail or air cancellation fees waived because of a natural disaster

Expressway or national route closures that make arrival impossible

Fever or illness (tell us by the day before; one change, within 90 days)
If you stayed the night and the morning flight was cancelled by sudden weather, we send you a ¥10,000 voucher off a future stay.

After that the date cannot be changed, and the full cancellation fee applies.
You can still change the date after the cancellation is decided.
You may choose the new date later.

After a year the booking lapses and cannot be refunded.
Choose “Rebooking” in the form, press “Continue to booking”, then close the window without paying. What you have already paid carries over.

Check-in dates from three days from today onwards are available. The balloon flight takes place the morning after you check in.

After “Continue to booking”, please complete payment. Without it, the booking is not confirmed.
Rebooking
After “Continue to booking”, close the window without paying. What you have already paid carries over.
With a voucher
Enter it on the payment screen when you rebook.

Bookings can be submitted even on fully booked dates, but cannot be confirmed. In that case, we’ll ask you to choose another date.
This package requires availability for both your check-in night and the next morning’s flight. Please check both dates on the calendar below.
