How to make a reservation
■Reservation Procedure
① Select the flight experience indicated on your gift ticket from the "Choose a Flight Experience" button, and then fill out the reservation form.
② In the reservation form, under the re-booking confirmation section, select "Flight Ticket" and enter your ticket number.
③ Press the "Proceed to Reservation" button, but do not make a payment; instead, complete the process.
④ Once you receive an automated email, your reservation is complete! If there are any questions, we will contact you separately.
■Ticket Terms and Conditions
The ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
・Each ticket is valid for one person and can only be used once.
• Tickets can be used by people other than the purchaser.
・No refunds, exchanges, or price differences will be given, including for cancellations due to weather conditions.
