In addition, if the balloon experience is canceled more than 4 times in a year due to bad weather, we will refund the full amount of the balloon experience and the accommodation fee.
Alternatively, if you purchase the Balloon Experience Cancellation Compensation (3,000 yen/person) option when you make a reservation, you will receive a full accommodation fee even if you cancel less than 4 times in a year due to bad weather, etc. We will refund your money.
100% will be charged from the date of reservation.

When the Japan Meteorological Agency issues an emergency warning for the area of the inn on the day of check-in
If the train or flight you plan to use on the day of check-in becomes eligible for cancellation fee exemption (no charge) due to a natural disaster
If it is physically impossible to arrive at the inn on the day of check-in due to blockage of the expressway/major national road, etc.
In the case of changing the date of stay due to the guest's fever or illness. However, changes are limited to one time within 90 days from the original scheduled check-in date.

The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils such as fry pans, pots, cutting boards and knives.

Or, if you add a BBQ set (6,000 yen/set) as an option when you make a reservation, we will rent a Weber grill, chimney starter, net, 4kg of charcoal, igniter, and an igniter as a set.
If you need to prepare BBQ ingredients, we will prepare a set of 100 grams of beef/chicken/pork, onions, green peppers, eggplants, and shiitake mushrooms if you add the optional ingredients set (3,000 yen/person). .

Glamping tent (capacity 3): 24,000 yen/building on weekdays, 34,000 yen/building on weekends
Private room (semi-double) (capacity 2): 10,000 yen/room on weekdays, 15,000 yen/room on weekends
Dormitory (capacity 3): 12,000 yen/room on weekdays, 15,000 yen/room on weekends

If you book the hot air balloon experience with a flight ticket,
Free flight experience is 36,000 yen/person on weekdays and holidays
Hot air balloon workshop (mooring experience) is 12,000 yen/person on weekdays and holidays
Chartered balloon experience is 120,000 yen/airplane on weekdays and holidays (free flight for up to 4 people, balloon workshop for up to 20 people)
A combination of the above.
(Example) When booking a set of accommodation, BBQ (equipment rental only) and hot air balloon experience (free flight) for 3 family members on a holiday.
Accommodation 15,000 yen + BBQ 6000 yen + Free flight 108,000 yen = 129,000 yen.

SOLABASEでは、ドミトリールーム、グランピングテントのみ種類を問わずペットもご宿泊可能です。ペットを同伴される際は下記のルールを必ずお守りください。
・SOLABASE全室、室内ではケージ内でお過ごしいただく形でのみ同伴OKとさせていただいております。破損や汚れ等が有った場合は、弁償となります。
・敷地内では必ずリードを着用してください。
・フン・尿の始末は飼い主の責任で回収し、匂い・汚れが残らないように水をかけるなど処理をしてください。
・植物保護のため、樹木にリード等で繋留しないでください。
・宿泊施設内の貸切風呂及び共有シャワーのご利用はできません。
・ペットを残したまま外出することはできません。
・無駄吠え、ペット同士の喧嘩、飼い主以外への飛びつきなど、ペットの性格やしつけ度合いを熟慮の上、他のお客様の迷惑にならないよう飼い主としての細心の注意を払ってください。
・噛み癖、喧嘩癖のあるペットのについては、口輪の利用をお願いします。
・場内でのペット同士によるトラブルはすべて飼い主の責任となります。いかなる場合でも一切責任を負いかねます。ご了承ください。
