We will provide specific timing details in the same confirmation email mentioned above.■ Regarding Late ArrivalsWe are happy to wait a few minutes if you contact us in advance.However, please be aware that if you are more than 30 minutes late, you may miss the window for flying, which could result in the cancellation of the experience itself.Cancellations due to late arrival are treated as cancellations at the customer's discretion, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.■ Sunrise Meeting TimeAs the meeting time is before sunrise, we recommend staying overnight at SOLABASE if you are traveling from a distance or relying on public transportation.For customers participating in the Free Flight Experience or Private Free Flight Experience, complimentary drinks are available in the SOLABASE café lounge starting 30 minutes before the meeting time. Please feel free to relax and unwind there before your flight.

■ About parkingFree parking is available at the meeting point for both the free flight and tethered flight experiences. No advance reservation is required.Please use the parking lot at SOLABASE (1663-1 Onobukuro, Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture), which offers free flight experiences and private free flight rentals .Please use the parking lot in front of the observation deck at Sky Field Watarase, where you can experience tethered hot air balloon rides .For the free flight experience, our staff will drive you between the meeting point and the takeoff/landing area. You can leave your car parked in the parking lot while you wait.

Please wear comfortable, outdoor clothing that you don't mind getting dirty . During the experience, you will participate as part of the crew, from assembling the hot air balloon to dismantling it. The takeoff and landing area is a grassy field, so your clothes and shoes will get dirty with morning dew, mud, and burner soot. Waterproof shoes are recommended. Because the grass is wet with morning dew, regular sneakers may get soaked.Clothing to avoidWhite clothes ... Soot will fall from the burner, so black stains will be very noticeable.Skirts and dresses ... will make it difficult to move around when getting on and off the gondola or when assembling the balloon.Sandals and heels are not recommended. You will be walking on uneven grassy terrain. Please be sure to wear shoes that cover your feet and have secure heels.For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse boarding depending on your attire. Please note that cancellation fees will still apply in this case.■Seasonal Precautions During autumn and winter (October to March), temperatures can drop below freezing in the early morning. Please come prepared with proper cold-weather gear such as a down jacket, gloves, and a knit hat. This is the season when we receive the most comments like, "It was colder than I expected."If you plan to wear short sleeves and shorts during spring and summer (April to September) , please bring a long-sleeved outer layer or leggings as innerwear. Clothing that minimizes skin exposure is safer to prevent insect bites from mosquitoes and horseflies, and skin irritation from plants such as poison ivy.■ About the temperature at high altitudesA frequently asked question is that the temperature at high altitudes is almost the same as on the ground . Since you won't be flying to high altitudes like on an airplane, you won't need any special cold-weather clothing. Please dress as you would for ground-level temperatures.Please note that because you are moving with the wind during the flight, the perceived temperature may actually feel warmer than on the ground.

Please bring work gloves (such as cotton work gloves).You will be participating as a crew member in the assembly and packing up of the balloon. Please be sure to bring them to prevent injury during these tasks.If you forget them, pairs are available for purchase on-site for 100 yen.We also recommend bringing a spare pair of shoes and socks.Shoes may get wet from morning dew or dirty from mud. Changing rooms are available for use.Luggage during the flightSpace inside the gondola is limited; you may only bring a small bag that allows you to keep both hands free.You may bring a smartphone or camera.Please attach a strap to your device. This ensures you can take photos with peace of mind, without worrying about dropping it.Please be sure to keep valuables such as wallets and keys in a zippered pocket or bag. If an item falls from the air or gets lost in the grass, it is extremely difficult to recover.

Yes, you can. Take lots of photos and videos to create lasting memories! Optional action cameras and drones are available for those who do not already own one. If you have your own camera, please feel free to use it.If you bring something to secure your camera to your body, such as a strap, you can enjoy taking photos without worrying about dropping it.Bringing a selfie stick is also permitted. However, if you are sharing a ride with other guests, please use the vehicle in a way that does not inconvenience them.

The entire process, from meeting up to returning home, will take approximately 3 hours.The process is as follows:Meeting and Registration: Instructions and important information will be provided in the VIP lounge (free drinks will be available).Move to the takeoff site and prepare the balloon: Enjoy the spectacular sight of the balloon taking off (approximately 40-50 minutes).Flight: A 30-45 minute flight. We will also take commemorative photos inside the inflated balloon. (Approximately 40-50 minutes)Flight: You will slowly ascend while still tethered by a rope. You can also experience operating the burner. (Approximately 10 minutes) While other groups are on board, please enjoy taking photos from the ground.Collection and Dismissal: We will pack up the balloons together and then dismiss the group.
