Free Flight Experience
This is an authentic flight experience where you can travel through the sky on the wind. You will fly over the Watarase Floodplain to a maximum altitude of 1000m for 30 to 45 minutes. Drinks and light snacks will be available in the air. You will participate as a member of the crew, from assembling the balloon to taking it down, and there will also be a champagne ceremony to celebrate the traditional flight.

This is a shared flight with 4-5 adults per balloon. This package is for 1-3 people, to match the capacity of the twin room. For groups of 4 or more, please make an additional reservation for an extra room.

Notification of decision
Criteria for cancellation
Decision on the day
The decision will be made around 12-13:00 the day before the experience, and you will be notified by email (winbal.club@gmail.com).
If you need to make a decision quickly, please let us know in advance.
The event will be canceled for safety reasons in case of rain, snow, fog, or wind speeds of 3 m/s or higher.
Even if the decision to proceed is made the day before, in the event of a sudden change in weather or a significant difference from the forecast, we may decide to cancel the event on-site, prioritizing safety above all else.

Exemption from cancellation fees
If it is canceled at the venue
No refunds will be given (100% cancellation fee applies).
If more than one year has passed since the initial scheduled experience date, it will be considered a cancellation due to customer reasons.
As a general rule, refunds are not available, but you can rebook as many times as you like within one year.
If your balloon experience is canceled four or more times due to weather within one year of your initial booking date, we will refund the full amount for both the balloon ride and accommodation.
The following cases may qualify for exemptions or other benefits. Please contact us by email.
If a special warning is issued for the area on the day of your stay
If rail or air travel is eligible for cancellation fee waivers due to a natural disaster
In cases where arrival is physically difficult due to the closure of highways or national roads.
Changes to your reservation due to fever or illness (Please contact us by the day before check-in, and only one change is permitted within 90 days).
If your planned experience the following morning is canceled due to sudden bad weather, we will send you a ¥10,000 discount coupon for your next stay.

It is valid for one year from the date of your initial reservation.
After one year, your rights will expire, and you will no longer be able to receive a refund.
On the reservation form, select "Re-book," then press "Proceed to Reservation," but do not make a payment before closing the screen. The previously paid amount will be applied.
Please select "Rebook" on the reservation form, enter the coupon code sent to you by email, and complete the payment again.
Book
Check-in dates from three days from today onwards are available. The balloon flight takes place the morning after you check in.

Booking for the first time
After “Continue to booking”, please complete payment. Without it, the booking is not confirmed.
Rebooking
After “Continue to booking”, close the window without paying. What you have already paid carries over.
With a voucher
Enter it on the payment screen when you rebook.
