This is a two-story traditional Japanese-style lodge.
The first floor features a living room, washbasin area, and toilet, while the second floor includes upper and lower loft spaces and a private room.
The private room is equipped with one semi-double bed and is separated by walls for privacy.

【About the Outdoor Shower Room】
This is a shower-only facility.
There is one shower unit available.
Hours: 16:00 – 10:00 the following morning
No reservation is required.
Please enter when available and lock the door from the inside during use.

【Shared Kitchen and Living Room】
Guests may use the shared kitchen and living room on the first floor of the traditional-style lodge.

Check-in (from 4:00 PM)
Anytime after 4pm is possible.
Staff-assisted face-to-face check-in (16:00-18:00)
Staff will be on hand during this time and check-in will be conducted in person.
*If you would like to be picked up from Yagyu Station, please check in during this time.
Self-check-in with smart lock (after 6:00 PM) You can check in by yourself without meeting staff. Please contact us at contact@solanbase.com the day before your reservation. Please enter the PIN number sent to you into the smart lock installed on the door of each room to enter.
* Please refer to the method for unlocking using a PIN code.
Self check-out (until 11:00)
Please leave without confronting any staff.

1. Cancellation fees and additional charges
Cancellation fee: After reservation is confirmed - on the day, no notice: 100%
Late check-out excess fee:
Up to 1 hour: 10% /
Up to 2 hours: 20% /
Up to 3 hours: 30%
3-5 hours: 60% /
5 hours or more: 100%
2. Response to the cancellation of the hot air balloon experience
If our balloon experience is cancelled due to bad weather or other reasons and you no longer need the accommodation, we will provide a full refund.
Date Changes (Rescheduling): If you change your date to accommodate a hot air balloon experience, there will be no additional charge.
Deadline: Please contact us at least 4 days before the reservation date (if you cancel after 3 days, the reservation will already have been made and changes will not be possible; cancellation fee will be 100%).
Special Refund (4 cancellations within 1 year): If weather cancels 4 or more times within 1 year of your initial booking, we will provide a full refund of both your accommodation and experience fees.
3. Special reasons for cancellation fee waiver
We will waive cancellation fees or allow you to change your date only if the following reasons apply. If you are eligible, please contact us by email.
- If a "special warning" is issued in the area where you are staying on the day.
- If the public transportation you planned to use is subject to a cancellation fee waiver (no charge) due to a natural disaster.
- When it is physically difficult to arrive due to road closures, etc.
- Changes in schedule due to fever or illness: Only one rescheduling is permitted if you contact us the day before and within 90 days of the original date.
4. Rebooking Procedure
The procedure will vary depending on when the cancellation is confirmed.

- Select **"Rebook"** in the input field and complete ( no new payment is required ).
[If the trip is cancelled on the day after your stay]
