Women’s Dormitory
A women-only dormitory upstairs in the farmhouse. The loft and the floor below each sleep up to three. Washbasin, toilet and shower are shared, on the ground floor.

No meals are served. Bring your own, or add the barbecue or a meal kit. You may also cook in the shared kitchen.

Women only. For four or more guests, please book both halves.

One preschooler per adult shares a bed free of charge.

Any kind of pet, at no extra charge. Please bring your own cage — we do not lend them. Tell us in the notes field when you book. Read the rules for pets
Check-in
From 16:00
A member of staff meets you between 16:00 and 18:00. After 18:00 it is self check-in with a smart lock. We email you the code the day before.
Check-out
By 11:00
No need to see anyone. Just set off.

Only if you check in between 16:00 and 18:00.

Cancellation fees
If you cancel
100% from the moment the booking is confirmed, no-shows included
If the balloon flight is cancelled
If weather cancels your flight and you no longer need the room, we refund the stay in full.
Fees waived
Email us — the following may qualify.

Rail or air cancellation fees waived because of a natural disaster

Expressway or national route closures that make arrival impossible

Fever or illness (tell us by the day before; one change, within 90 days)
Changing the date
If you change it
Email us at least 3 days before the check-in date.
Within 2 days the arrangements are already made, so the date cannot be changed and the full fee applies.
After a weather cancellation
You can still change the date after the cancellation is decided.
No extra charge. You may choose the new date later.

Charged by how late you leave.
• Up to 1 hour — 10%
• Up to 2 hours — 20%
• Up to 3 hours — 30%
• 3 to 5 hours — 60%

After “Continue to booking”, please complete payment. Without it, the booking is not confirmed.
Rebooking
After “Continue to booking”, close the window without paying. What you have already paid carries over.
Choose a date
Please check availability before you book
Because of how our payment system works, a booking goes through even on a date that is full. If you book a full date, the booking cannot be confirmed, and we will ask you to choose another date. Please check the calendar below first.
