Private free flight experience
We gather before dawn and prepare the balloon together as part of the crew.
Charter a hot air balloon and travel through the sky, letting the wind carry you to a maximum altitude of 1000 meters.
This is an approximately 3-hour experience where you won't be disturbed by anyone.
It's 30 minutes before sunrise .
The meeting time varies from day to day, as it is timed to coincide with sunrise.
Please note that while the reservation system may display a time, this may differ from the actual meeting time.
How to find out the time of sunrise
Please check the sunrise time for Saitama Prefecture on your reservation date at the National Astronomical Observatory's Calendar Calculation Office.
The meeting time should be approximately 30 minutes prior to that.

Participants must be between 6 and 70 years old.
*There is no age limit for the tethering experience (Balloon Workshop). *Children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian. *Minors require parental consent.Furthermore, to ensure the safety of participants, the following individuals will not be allowed to participate.
• People with high blood pressure• Individuals with heart, spine, neck, or lower limb conditions
• Individuals with symptoms such as epilepsy or hyperventilation
• People under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Individuals whose symptoms may worsen as a result of the experience.

- Anyone whom the organizers deem unable to ensure safety on the day of the event

We will provide guidance with safety in mind, after confirming and consulting with you in advance.
Additionally, for those weighing over 81kg, an overweight fee of 3,000 yen will be charged for every 10kg over the limit.

* The maximum number of passengers per aircraft is 5 people with a total weight of 300kg (4 people during the summer months of May to September).

【服装】
熱気球体験では、クルーの一員として気球の組み立てから片付けまでご参加いただきます。
離着陸地は雑草地のため、朝露や泥、バーナーのススで衣類や靴が汚れます。
ハイキングなどアウトドアに適した服装でお越しください。
足元は防水機能のある靴をおすすめします。
朝露で草が濡れているため、通常のスニーカーでは中まで染みる場合がございます。
■ 避けていただきたい服装
・白い服（汚れが目立ちます）
・スカート、ワンピース（乗り降りや作業で動きにくくなります）
・サンダル、ヒール（必ずかかとが固定され、足全体が覆われた靴でお越しください）安全上の理由から、服装によってはご搭乗をお断りする場合がございます。
■ 季節ごとの注意点
秋・冬
早朝は氷点下になることがあります。ダウンジャケット、手袋、ニット帽など、しっかりとした防寒対策をしてお越しください。
春・夏
半袖・半ズボンでお越しの場合は、アウターやインナー（アームカバーも可）をご用意ください。やぶ蚊やアブによる虫刺され、うるしなどの植物によるかぶれを防ぐため、肌の露出を抑えた服装が安全です。
■ 上空の気温について
地上とほぼ同じです。飛行機のように高高度まで上がるわけではないため、
特別な防寒着は必要ありません。地上の気温に合わせた服装でお越しください。
【持ち物】■ 作業用手袋（軍手など）
気球の組み立てや片付けの際、ロープを扱う場面があります。作業中の怪我を防ぐため、必ずお持ちください。お忘れの場合は、現地にて1組100円で販売しております。
■ 替えの靴・靴下
朝露で濡れたり泥で汚れたりするため、必要な方はお持ちください。
更衣室もご利用いただけます。
■ 搭乗時の荷物について
両手が空く小さなバッグのみお持ち込みいただけます。スマートフォンやカメラの持ち込みは可能です。スマートフォンやカメラには、ストラップを付けてお越しいただくと落下の心配がなくなり、
安心して撮影をお楽しみいただけます。財布や鍵などの貴重品は、必ずファスナーの付いたポケットやバッグに入れてください。
体験中に落とした場合、草地に紛れて発見はきわめて困難です。

On the day of the experience (approximately 3 hours)
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━[Gathering and Orientation]
Please gather in the cafe space at SOLABASE.
Once preparations are complete, the crew will conduct an orientation.* You cannot use the restroom during the experience. Please use the facilities at SOLABASE beforehand.
[Travel and Preparation]
We will travel to the takeoff site, and upon arrival, we will assemble the balloon together.
Spread out the balloon portion and inflate it using a blower and burner.
[Flight]
Enjoy a 30-45 minute aerial stroll. Drinks and light refreshments are available while you're in the air.
[Landing and Recovery]
After landing, everyone will help deflate and put away the balloon.
It's a bit of hard work, but it's a sight you don't get to experience very often.
【ceremony】
Once all the equipment has been collected, we'll toast with real champagne, in keeping with the tradition of hot air ballooning.There will also be a small ceremony, so please look forward to it.
After the ceremony, you will return to the meeting place, and the experience will conclude.
■ Action camera rental: 4,900 yen (first 2 people)
We will lend you an action camera capable of 4K and 360-degree shooting during your experience.
You are free to take photos yourself, and we will send you the unedited data by email within two days of your experience.* In the event of malfunction or damage caused by customer use, you may be responsible for the repair costs.

The staff will film the preparation process as well as the flight itself.
You'll have a lasting memory of your loved one floating in the sky, a photo you wouldn't be able to take yourself.
We will send you the unedited data by email within two days of your experience.

Exceptional refunds: Full refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled due to weather four times in a row within a year.
• Re-booking validity period: One year from the date of the initial scheduled experience. After one year, the right will expire and no refunds will be given.
■ Changes to the schedule and number of participantsPlease contact us by email (winbal.club@gmail.com) at least three days before your scheduled experience date. Changes cannot be accepted after three days prior to the scheduled date, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
■ Matters common to bothIf the event is canceled after you have met at the designated location, we will not be able to compensate you for travel or accommodation expenses.
If rail or air travel becomes free of charge on the day of or the day before departure due to a natural disaster, or if you are unable to reach your destination due to the closure of expressways or major national roads, the cancellation fee will be waived.

The event will be canceled for safety reasons in case of rain, snow, fog, or strong winds exceeding 3 m/s.
