■ For those arriving by car
Free parking available
If you use a standard car navigation system, you may be directed onto roads with narrow widths. If you are worried, please follow the directions on this route map . We alsohave a video showing the actual driving route , so you can check it out in advance to feel more at ease when coming.
■ For those arriving by public transportation
We provide transportation from SOLABASE (1663-1 Onobukuro, Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture) to the experience location.
If you would like transportation, please apply by email ( winbal.club@gmail.com ) by the day before the experience.
■For guests staying at SOLABASE, we will escort you to the experience location, so please wait in the courtyard.
This plan has the following conditions to ensure you can safely enjoy the hot air balloon experience.
・There is no age restriction for the Balloon Workshop (Tethered Experience) plan.
・Persons under 13 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
・Minors require parental consent.
Additionally, for participant safety, the following individuals cannot participate:
・Individuals with high blood pressure
・Individuals with heart, spine, or neck conditions
・Individuals with conditions such as epilepsy or hyperventilation
・Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs
・Individuals whose symptoms may worsen due to the experience
・Pregnant individuals or those who may be pregnant
・Individuals deemed unsafe by the organizer on the day of participation
If you have concerns regarding pre-existing conditions or physical health, please be sure to note them in the remarks section when applying.
We will confirm and consult with you beforehand to provide guidance with safety in mind.
If using a wheelchair or stroller, please be sure to note the total weight and dimensions in the remarks section when applying.

■About overweight fees
If you weigh more than 81kg, an overweight fee of 3,000 yen will be charged for every 10kg.
Example: 81-90kg → 3,000 yen, 91-100kg → 6,000 yen, 101-110kg → 9,000 yen

【Clothing】
Wear comfortable shoes that can get dirty and outdoor clothing (you will get dirty from morning dew, mud, and soot from the burner on the grassy field).
Please bring extra shoes and socks if needed, as they may get wet from dew or dirty from mud. Changing rooms are available.
Clothing to avoid: White clothing, skirts, dresses.
Please refrain from wearing sandals or heels.
Seasonal Considerations
Fall/Winter: Early mornings can drop below freezing, so dress warmly.
Spring/Summer: Short sleeves and shorts are acceptable. However, please apply sunscreen and insect repellent.
Altitude Temperature
Temperature is nearly the same as at ground level. Please dress according to ground-level temperatures.

[Implementation decision notification]
・The final decision on whether to proceed with the experience will be made between 12:00 and 13:00 the day before and you will be notified by email.
・To ensure you have an enjoyable experience, please be sure to confirm the meeting time, location, and attire. ・If the minimum number of participants (4 people) is not reached, we will notify you of the cancellation by email up to 2 days before the experience date. If there are not enough participants, we will notify you by email approximately 1 week before the experience date.

・Please park your car at the Skyfield Wawatarase Observatory and wait.
・There are "car stops" that narrow the width of vehicles within the Watarase Retarding Basin. If you are unsure about driving, please check the link below for a relatively wide detour route.
・You will not be able to go to the toilet during the experience, so please make sure to go before the meeting.
・Once you are ready, the crew will give you a pre-experience orientation.

Once everyone has arrived at Skyfield, the pilot will give an orientation.
[Preparation]
・While assembling the balloon, we will explain the history and mechanics of balloons.
The tethered experience offers more explanations about hot air balloons and plenty of photo opportunities than the free flight experience!

《Optional Fees》
Action Camera Rental: ¥4,900
We will lend you an Insta360 capable of 4K and 360-degree filming during your experience. You may freely film yourself. We will email you the unedited footage within two days after your experience.
*Please note that you may be responsible for repair costs if the camera is damaged or broken during your use.
*Also, please be aware that only the first two customers can rent this camera.
Drone Filming: ¥14,900
Our staff will film your experience using a drone. We will email you the unedited footage within two days after your experience.

■ About cancellations and refunds
Cancellation due to customer convenience: No refunds (100% cancellation fee)
If more than one year has passed since the original planned date of the trial, the cancellation will be considered due to customer convenience.
Cancellation due to weather or minimum number of participants : In principle, refunds are not accepted, but you can rebook as many times as you like within one year.
Exceptional Refunds: Full refunds will be given only if there are four consecutive weather cancellations in one year.
Other: If the tour is cancelled after the meeting point, travel and accommodation expenses will not be compensated.
If a natural disaster or other reason prevents train or air travel on the day of or the day before your trip, or if you are unable to arrive at the destination due to a closure of an expressway or major national highway, cancellation fees will be waived.
■ Changes in dates and number of people
Change deadline: Please contact us by email ( winbal.club@gmail.com ) at least 3 days before the trial date.
Fees: There are no additional costs for changes.
Please note: Changes cannot be made after 3 days prior to the reservation date and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
■ Rebooking rules
Expiration date: One year from the first scheduled trial date.
Expiration: After one year, your rights will expire and you will not be able to get a refund.

Fees: If the change results in an increase in the cost of the experience, an additional fee will be charged.
If the price is reduced, you will be refunded by each booking site.
Please note: Changes cannot be made after 3 days prior to the reservation date and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Final decision: The decision will be made between 12:00 and 13:00 on the previous day and you will be notified by email ( winbal.club@gmail.com ). If you would like an earlier decision, please contact us in advance by email .
Cancellation criteria: For safety reasons, the event will be cancelled in the event of rain, snow, fog, or strong winds of 3m/s or more.
Cancellation due to not reaching the minimum number of participants: If the minimum number of participants (4 people) is not reached, the tour will be canceled at least 2 days before the tour date. If there are not enough participants, we will notify you by email approximately 1 week before the tour date.
