Free flight experience details
■Room Overview
A glamping tent that offers a casual camping experience.

Number of people: 1~3 people
Bedding: Single futon x 3
Amenities: electric kettle, hand towels, bath towels, kerosene stove, air purifier

The total price is calculated by combining the room rate and the hot air balloon experience fee, with a ¥3,100 discount per person applied compared to the regular price.

If payment is not completed within 12 hours of the tentative reservation, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

1. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations due to customer circumstances:
No refunds will be issued (100% cancellation fee).

Cancellations requested after one year has passed from the originally scheduled experience date will also be treated as cancellations due to customer circumstances.

Cancellations due to weather conditions:
In principle, no refunds will be issued. However, rebooking is allowed any number of times within one year.

Special weather-related refund:
If the experience is canceled four or more times due to weather conditions within one year from the initial booking date, the full amount for both the balloon experience and accommodation will be refunded.

Exemptions due to special circumstances:
Cancellation fees may be waived or special arrangements may apply in the following cases.
Please contact us by email if any of these apply.

・A Special Weather Warning is issued for the area on the day of stay
・Public transportation (railways or flights) is eligible for no-charge cancellation due to natural disasters
・Expressways or national roads are closed, making physical access impossible
・Date change due to fever or illness
(Notification by the day before, and one change within 90 days only)

On-site cancellation benefit:
If you stay overnight but the next day’s experience is canceled due to sudden weather deterioration, we will issue a ¥10,000 accommodation discount coupon for your next stay.

2. Date Changes
Deadline:
Please contact us by email at least 3 days before the experience date.

Fees:No additional fees will be charged for date changes.
Important:Changes are not possible within 3 days of the experience date, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

3. Rebooking
Validity period:
Rebooking is valid for one year from the original scheduled experience date.

After expiration:
Once one year has passed, the rebooking right will expire and no refunds will be available.

【If cancellation is decided by the day before】
・Select your preferred date using the “Rebooking Link” in the cancellation email.
・Choose “Rebooking” in the input field and complete the reservation.
・Since payment has already been made, no additional payment is required.

【If cancellation is decided on-site on the day】
・Select your preferred date using the “Rebooking Link” in the cancellation email.
・Choose “Rebooking” and complete the reservation.
・After completion, you will receive a payment instruction email.

■ Decision Process and Operating Conditions

Final decision:
The final decision will be made around 12:00–13:00 on the day before, and you will be notified by email.

Cancellation criteria:
For safety reasons, the experience will be canceled in case of rain, snow, fog, or strong winds of 3 m/s or more.

On-site judgment:
Even if the experience is approved the day before, it may still be canceled on-site if weather conditions change suddenly or differ significantly from forecasts, as safety is our top priority.
