SOLABASE offers three types of accommodations and five different room types: private rooms, glamping tents, and the main building .■ Private Room Building (Completely private rooms, comfortable year-round)Equipped with air conditioning, this property offers a comfortable stay year-round. It is recommended for those who value privacy or for families.Twin Room (2 rooms): A private room with two single beds. ¥29,800 per room (up to 2 people). An extra bed can be added (¥12,900), accommodating up to 3 people.Quad Room (1 room): A fully private room with two bunk beds. 39,800 yen/room (up to 4 people)■ Glamping tents (2 rooms)This tent lets you easily enjoy the feeling of camping. ¥25,900 per room (up to 2 people)With the addition of an extra bed (¥12,900), the room can accommodate up to 3 guests.Due to the lack of air conditioning, we are unable to accept reservations from May to the end of September. During the winter months, we provide a circulating fan and a kerosene heater.■ Main house (living room, shower, and toilet are shared)This building is a renovated old house. It's a style where guests share common spaces, making it suitable for those who want to keep costs down.Semi-double semi-private room (1 room) Semi-private room on the 2nd floor. 14,900 yen/room (up to 2 people)Dormitory (2 sections) Dormitory on the 2nd floor. 14,900 yen/section (up to 3 people) Normally for women only, but if one group reserves both sections, male guests are also welcome.■ About the bathGuests staying in twin rooms, quad rooms, or glamping tents can use the private bath free of charge. Guests staying in the main building (semi-double semi-private rooms or dormitories) should use the shared shower room or outdoor shower room.

The response will vary depending on the type of reservation. ■ For customers who have made a separate reservation for accommodation only.If your hot air balloon experience is canceled due to bad weather or other reasons, and you no longer need your accommodation, we will refund your full amount . You are also free to choose to stay with us as planned or change your dates.Date Change : If you change your accommodation dates to match the rescheduled date for your hot air balloon experience, there will be no additional charge.Notification Deadline : If you need to change your dates for personal reasons, please contact us at least four days before your scheduled stay. If the hot air balloon experience is canceled due to weather conditions, we will accept date changes regardless of this deadline.■ Customers who have booked a package plan including accommodation and an experienceYou can change your appointment date as many times as you like within one year of your initial booking date.Date Change : You can change your date to match the rescheduled date for your hot air balloon experience. There is no additional charge.Notification Deadline : If you need to change your dates for personal reasons, please contact us at least 4 days before your scheduled stay. Changes cannot be accepted 3 days or less before the scheduled date, as arrangements will be finalized, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply. If the hot air balloon experience is cancelled due to weather conditions, we will accept date changes regardless of this deadline.Regarding refunds : As a general rule, we do not offer refunds. However, if the same reservation is canceled four times due to weather, we will refund the full amount for both the hot air balloon experience and accommodation.Cancellation after your stay : If your planned experience the following morning is cancelled due to sudden bad weather despite your stay, we will issue you a ¥10,000 discount coupon for your next stay . The coupon is valid for one year from the date of your initial booking.

■ BBQ set (equipment rental)This set includes a Weber grill, chimney starter, grill grate, 4kg of charcoal, firelighters, and a fire starter. ¥6,900/set (tax included)Food is not included. If you would like to enjoy a BBQ without bringing anything, please also order the food set listed below. If you are bringing your own food, this is all you need to order.■ BBQ ingredient setBeef, chicken, and pork (100g each), 1 cup of rice, onion, bell pepper, eggplant, and shiitake mushrooms. 3,900 yen per person (tax included)This is for one person , so please order the amount you need. We will prepare it in the refrigerator in the main house.Also, to ensure you enjoy an authentic BBQ experience, the meat will be served in whole pieces and the vegetables will not be cut . Please note that you will need to cut them yourself on-site. You can use the cooking utensils in the main house kitchen.■ Campfire Set: Includes Coleman fire pit, fire starter, firelighters, firewood (4kg), leather gloves, fire mat, tongs, and water pitcher. ¥2,900/set (tax included)You can also use the bonfire facilities only. There is no need to book it together with a BBQ.■ How to applyPlease note that we may not be able to accommodate requests made on the day of check-in. Pets of any kind are welcome in our dormitory rooms and glamping tents . There is no additional charge.
