・Tickets are non-refundable. However, refunds can only be made if the reservation for the same representative is canceled 4 times or more within one year from the date of purchase.

・Due to strong winds at the site on the day, the flight may be canceled as a result of considering safety. We will make a final decision by looking at the forecast past 12:00 the day before and contact you by email. Please be aware of this before participating.
